Unlocking Innovative Potential: Harnessing Design Thinking for Real-World Business Solutions

An immersive training program specially designed to apply design thinking to tackle everyday business challenges. Our aim is not just to make you think outside the box but to empower you to redefine that box within the spheres of business operations, products, services, and strategy.

Our course follows the renowned Double Diamond model, a structured design process of Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. Yet, we go beyond the conventional approach, incorporating unique techniques such as 'Closed World' and 'In-the-box Thinking' to boost your creative output. We also utilize TRIZ, an inventive problem-solving method, to help you break free from functional fixedness.

Instead of relying on sporadic 'aha' moments or pulling ideas out of thin air, we teach a systematic, methodical approach to innovation. You will learn the mechanics of innovation frameworks within a design thinking context, ensuring that your creativity is not just intuitive but grounded in a strategic methodology.

The Design in Business Course is more than a training program; it's a transformative journey that equips you with the tools, techniques, and mindset to generate innovative solutions for complex business problems consistently. It is here that the magic of design thinking meets the rigor of business strategy, sparking a synergy that fuels creative problem-solving and strategic innovation.

The course runs over 5 weeks with a two-hour online lecture and workshop held each weak, and assignments and homework in between lectures. Expect to spend 10-12 hours a week on the course videos, materials and online lectures.

We look forward to welcoming you aboard this exciting journey where we help you transform from a thinker to a doer, from an idea-generator to a problem-solver, and from a business professional to an innovative leader. It's time to discover the hidden potential of design thinking in your business environment.
